The bathroom wasn't that clean; there was a cup in the toilet that had stains in it. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I really appreciate the breakfast that was provided as well! The air conditioning was working fine. The only thing that could be better was the toilet hygiene; everything else was okay.

Great stay with excellent air conditioning, the couple who ran the accommodation were eager to help and very friendly. Fairly close to the train station, only about two bridges away.

ดีมาก This hotel is a delightful getaway from the crowds, yet convenient to a Vapporetto stop on the Grand Canal. Delightful local restaurants a short walk away. Breakfast in the peaceful garden was a great start to the day.
Our only problem was that it was hard to find due to confusion with the address and a very small sign.

The owners are friendly and communicated well. It does have a shared bathroom. The kids bed were not comfortable in anyway. It is nice and convenient to walk around Venice.

Quaint place with a cute courtyard for breakfast and/or an evening drink. Check in code should have been communicated before we arrived, as we had intermittent internet. Ran out of hot water during shower. They provide a nice breakfast of Croissants and coffee/espresso. A/C worked well, but Internet was slow. Overall, cute place!

Room is clean. The check-in instruction was clearly explained before arrival. The owner Valter is very friendly and responsive. He is very accommodating and started the breakfast early for us to catch the train.
Just a note that the quadruple room has a shared bathroom which luckily only shared with another room and they were neat guests.
