This was not my first stay at this hotel. I chose to return because of the positive experience I had during previous visits. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing and fell well below my expectations. I would like to thank Mr. Aykut at the front desk. During our last night, he was kind and attentive to my requests and inquiries. His excellent service helped improve an otherwise disappointing experience. The most frustrating issue occurred on our first night. I was traveling with my sister and my 4-month-old baby. We ran out of water, so my sister went to the front desk while I stayed in the room trying to calm my baby and waiting the water to prepare a milk bottle. The receptionist refused to provide a bottle of water and directed her to the restaurant instead. At the restaurant, she was told she had to pay immediately before receiving the water. She asked if the charge could be added to our room and settled at checkout, but the request was refused. Even after explaining that there was a crying infant in the room waiting for a bottle to be prepared, no one was willing to help or offer a practical solution. I found this lack of empathy very disappointing. Also, as a guest traveling with a baby stroller, I often struggled to enter and leave the hotel. Staff rarely offered help unless we specifically asked for it, even when security personnel were nearby. While I appreciate Mr. Aykut's help and kindness, the overall level of service did not match the expected.

Hotel was nice but compared to the other Holiday Inns, the handsoap, shampoo, and body wash products seemed to ve very diluted, not authentic, and Not to be the "Dove" products that we had seen in other hotel locations.
