I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. Several employees were unfriendly and unhelpful, which made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay.
The worst experience was at the lunch buffet. The employee making the pizza was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very nasty and disrespectful manner. There was no reason for the way I was treated, and it left a very negative impression. I expected hotel staff to be professional and courteous, but unfortunately that was not the case.
