The whole experience was amazing. The whole place offers the highest service one can expect. The location could not be better, the breakfast is fantastic with various options to all tastes. The pool area and gym were my favourites. You can literally consider it a full resort.
They really thought about every single detail to provide a great stay to all. From the scents in every room and corridors, to the perfect temperature everywhere. Even the delicious sparkling tea left to the guests in the room is a small gesture that makes an impact.
The staff is the best. I will always come back when visiting KL.
