Good hotel in the center of a lot of attractions.

Breakfast was not included in my stay.

What was great 1. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Innsbruck Central station. 2. Very kind and helpful staff. At the reception, with the luggage and at the restaurant. All staff we interacted with. Special callout to Maria at the reception. 3. Close to the touristy part of Innsbruck. Tyrol Musuem, Golden Rood, Hofburg, Hofgarten, Nordkettenbahn etc. Hotel provides you card for local transportation in case you prefer using the public transport instead of walking. 4. Amazing view from the room. They have a lot of rooms offering such amazing views I believe. Minor issue 1. Our room was not as clean as we would have liked. The floor. So we used in-room slippers throughout, avoided being barefoot in the room. Because we were staying only for a couple of days and wanted to be out and about, we did not bother complaining about this. I am sure they would have gotten the room cleaned or shifted us to another room had we raised this issue.

Rooms were clean. Staff were kind and courteous. Floors above 10 have good mountain views.

Excellent stay, good and helpful staff, rooms clean with a brilliant view, very close to Innsbruck HBF (5 mins walk) - 2 mins to the tram/bus. Parkings paid but under the hotel so lift straight to it. Will definitely come back, center of one of our best holidays ever.

Our stay was excellent and our family loved the rooms and amenities. The employee who checked us in made a concerted effort to find a restaurant to suit my wife's palette.. she spoke Spanish fuently.. many thanks to her.. highly recommended hotel for families too. They have interconnecting rooms and the hotel helped us with arranging these rooms for our family.. our kids were thrilled and so were we.

Excellent property in a great location. Walking distance from the train station and to the old city. Well maintained, very clean, helpful and kind staff and a surprisingly great on site restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back again
