Me encantó este hotel. Si viajas con niño es excelente por el parque de agua que tiene. Recomiendo a todos mis amigos

The property was very beautiful and very scenic. My only criticism is the mildew smells in the rooms and the dampness which caused the sheets to feel wet. Also, the female worker Anasoto was extremely rude to guests as the Mexican restaurant. Everyone else was nice. Way too many kids at the Sport Bar. The pools, activities and outdoor entertainment was nice.

The restaurants were good. Some staff were extremely rude. A few of the entertainment was good.

Me encantó todo!!! Volvería, lo recomiendo. El tour de boogies no vale la pena, el viaje al lugar de los vehículos es largo, visita a orientación de café, cocoa, muy pobre, los precios en la playa muy caros: Corona y Coca Cola de botella $10:00USA.

Everything was clean, the food was delicious and the pictures show what the resort is actually like.

Beautiful resort, convenient location, but disappointing service. The main issue was a language barrier and poor communication. When my room lost power on day two, I was hung up on three times by front desk staff and eventually had to go down to the lobby myself to resolve it. Despite this, Wanderson and Nestor from the hospitality team were absolute stars! They went above and beyond while we explored the bars and restaurants, making my sister's bachelorette weekend unforgettable. If management invests in higher quality staff training, the overall guest experience would improve drastically.

The buffet and restaurants were pretty standard, with nothing particularly special or memorable. For the price I paid, I expected a higher-level experience, especially when it came to the service, food, and overall quality of the stay. I can’t say it was a bad experience, but I definitely expected much more for the price. In my opinion, if you’re planning to spend that amount of money on a vacation, I would recommend considering other hotels that may offer a better overall experience and value for your money.
