The property was very outdated from the decor to the furniture. There was even electrical tape on the toilet seat that made it look cheap and broken even though the toilet ran. There was a small language barrier with the front desk staff but no translation apps were used to communicate. The cleaning staff was very respectful and friendly. Great laundry facilities with full size washer/dryers, a place to hand wash clothes and iron them as well only downside it cost ₩6500 for one load of laundry. As soon as you step out of the hotel you will smell seafood air coming from Jagalchi Market which I didn’t particularly care for first thing every morning. So if you’re like me pick a hotel in a different area of Busan. The location is great for station access and popular attractions in the area. If you’re looking for a budget hotel that provides the basics this one meets expectations but if you can afford it spend a little more to stay in a more recognized chain.

The room was clean with comfortable bed. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shopping district. The train and bus stations are within walking distance.The staffs and room attendants are courteous and friendly.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, helpful staff,excellent location

Clean modern building close to many stores and restaurants. Room had an awesome view of the city and water and landscape. Was in a great area. Easy check and out and they held luggage for the day. Got welcome gift that was super special.

Overall not bad for the price. Room was a bit smaller than anticipated. Fairly clean, but I did notice some stray hairs here and there. Main complaint was with the bathroom. The moment we walked in it smelled very strongly of that mold or mildew smell. It dissipated a little once we cranked the AC up, but it was quite a pinch to the senses. Other than that, good location and friendly staff.

Good service. Lobby is a bit crowded but convenient, nonetheless. No airport shuttle but the staff is always kind enough to take care of calling you a cab.

Location is great. But room is tiny.

Room was clean and spacious. Convenient laundry facilities. Great location close to shopping and food and transportation. Had a weird experience where the cleaning staff took our public transportation card from inside our room, and brought it to lost and found. Our bath robes were also removed but not replaced

Stayed here twice now. Very clean and spacious room (for Korea). The bed is surprisingly comfortable compared to other places in Korea. Great city view from room. The staff are friendly, however, English is not well understood by all. The location is perfect and is walkable everywhere: Jagalchi Fish Market is around the corner; Lotte mall is within 5 mins walk, BIFF is across the street, etc. Only complaint is the breakfast. Small selections for 15,000 KW per person. The issue for me is that it's in the lobby so very ackward to eat there. Maybe they can put a partition to give it a more private feel.

Great location. Very clean room. Good beds and comforters. Friendly and helpful staffs.
