NH Cancun Airport (Avani Cancun Airport)

The hotel is next to the Go Outlet and close to the airport. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

Very comfortable

The hotel was well put together traveled with family , elevator was a little weird had to scan the key to get to a different floor , front desk didn’t tell us that . Have to pay extra for breakfast.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean. We received great poolside food and drink service from Abraham. 👍 I recommend taking the airport shuttle provided by the hotel to avoid the taxi zoo at the airport.

Ok so it’s little far from the airport (10 minute drive). There is a free underground car park. A taxi from the airport would set you back around £40/£50 so that’s a lot for a short distance! The hotel is stylish and the pool is small but beautiful with a nice outlook. We enjoyed breakfast. We didn’t stay long!

We stayed at Avani only one night since we arrived in Cancun late from our flight. After renting our car at the airport, we parked in their free parking under the hotel. Check-in was easy. They have a restaurant and a bar. Our room was on the third floor and it was modern and clean. Good water pressure in the shower and the bed was pretty good. One side had a bit of a dip. Easy checkout the next morning. It’s also walking distance to shops and food options, which is convenient. We did not try any of their amenities, except we did order the fajitas from room service and they were pretty good.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was not very helpful. The room comes with 1 Nespresso coffee capsule for 2 people and when I asked for an additional coffee they told me that it's one per room. Ridiculous in my opinion. The location is right across from the Outlet Mall which has lots of stores and some fast food restaurants.

Staff were absolutely wonderful for booking. Hotel room was in perfect condition. The breakfast buffet was very good, a wonderful variety of foods, even had an omelette bar.

This hotel was surprisingly beautiful. I wasn’t expecting it to be so luxurious. I had a junior suite, and I must say, I was very comfortable. The lighting, air, bedding, and everything else was top-notch. The service was incredibly simple and efficient. I appreciate the entire team for getting me into my room so quickly last minute while I was waiting for my flight. I was greeted with a delicious drink, and I think his name is Jose or Pedro. I also want to thank the front desk team for their excellent service.
