The breakfast and location were great. There was a mechanical problem with our toilet in our room. Every flush was at least 5 minutes of real loud noise.

Excellent location near airport and car rental. Great breakfast!

It was a very tiny room but I knew that when I booked it. I didn’t really see the staff so I can’t rate them! It was in a good location.

Very convenient for early morning flight. Clean, room comfortable with all you need, Onsen was excellent with different temperatures, sauna as well. Only issue was only frozen food for dinner, bring dinner or eat at the airport. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was up to expectations.

The transfers between the airport and the hotel were provided by the hotel. It was really convenient. The room was clean and staff were friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is excellent. The onsen is the best we have encountered. We used it 3 times! The little convenience store is not great but the airport is close and the shuttle is free! The nearby Sanuki Kodomonokuni was SO MUCH FUN for the whole family and it is FREE!!! We could have spent two days just hanging out there doing the many activities! The breakfast was repetitive but had a good selection and it had things we all enjoyed! The airport has good restaurants if you don’t want to make your way back into town (where there are wonderful restaurants and of course the beautiful Ritsurin Gardens). The car dealership next door has a better vending machine than the hotel for soda pop, but the vending machines in the “resting room” (connect to the unseen change rooms) had good options, and a whole machine of ice cream.

Convenience store is about 10 to 15 minutes away

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offered shuttle service. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is nothing to eat or dinner the hotel however. It is best to consider this location as a transition point if you fly in late or are leaving Takamatsu very early.
