This is a set of apartments, and each unit has a kitchenette and laundry. You could live there. Clean, with hardwood floors - recently redone. Very convenient to DuPont circle. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but it quiets down after 11pm.

Hubo una pequeña situación con la puerta que no cogio el código pero lo demás espectacular.

I loved my stay at Placemakr. The room was very clean. This was the perfect stay for my research trip!

The location was wonderful and very convenient to the metro and all the places we wished to visit. We will definitely stay here on subsequent visits to DC. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed, dishes, utensils, large full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove top , dishwasher and small washer/dryer, which was everything we could wish for and made it so convenient for our stay. Loads of cabinets and 2 wardrobes. Comfortable bed. Pillows could be softer. It was very quiet and we slept well. Very clean and we loved the hardwood and tile floors and not having carpet anywhere. We were able to recycle our trash in well appointed locations on each floor. Staff were wonderful and very accomodating.

Great

Loved having a washing machine and dryer

Good

Super friendly staff and really accommodating. The front desk staff were great also: Ines and Arje.

Great location, service and facilities.
