Our stay was fantastic, rooms very nice, beds and pillows extra confortable. Stunning ocean views, Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional, I absolutely recommend staying here.

Staff was delightful, very kind. Rooms attractive - great showers! Location safe and convenient with many worthy restaurants nearby. That’s a good thing because the hotel does not have its liquor license and so dinners there would not feature cocktails or wine. Overall, despite that limitation, a very pleasant stay. And again, the team there was exemplary.

The Four Seasons in Casablanca is luxury at its best. The staff are attentive from the front desk, to house keeping to in room dining, every need is taken care of and you are treated like royalty. A fabulous hotel to stay in.

A subpar stay. Definitely not up to global four seasons standards. Having stayed at numerous four seasons hotels all over the world, this is more like two or maybe three seasons at a maximum. A few things that led to this rating. 1) the room phone didn't work. I had to follow up multiple times over two days to have this fixed which led to multiple physical trips to reception to request anything I needed. 2) the pool didn't have changing rooms. Go and change in the toilet cubicle I was told. 3) On departure I was not helped with my luggage and had to load it in the car. This was watched by at least 5 hotel staff standing around aimlessly, none if which offered to help. Again, the hotel was fine and had all the amenities - just not nearly up to the four seasons or any five star standard I have come to expect and am paying for. I will be staying at the royal Mansoor next time.

Fab hotel, but no Bar/alcohol was a surprise for a 5* hotel chain

Had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff, from the reception to the dining area, were exceptionally professional, consistently polite, and truly went above and beyond to assist us in recovering our lost luggage. There’s no doubt, four seasons will be our first pick from here on.

The best service ever I see only recommend it Four Season Hotel to all nothing else Highest quality j ever see only with customer and all for customers guests number one priority for them I loved parking room cleaning services the best hospitality wicked a lot of complimentary breakfast lunch and dinner as well. Managers are the best always helpful. Always there when you need them. Will recommend it to all. Don’t even think twice only four seasons hotels everywhere.
