DO NOT STAY HERE!! I paid 2845.00 and it wasn’t worth it! My family and I was there from June 30-July 7, 2026. The mattress was hard as a rock and we had back pain. I should’ve known any hotel that have the word Hyatt, to RUN!! I booked through hotels.com and requested a double queen room with a sofa bed and a tub. Upon checking in, I was told they can’t accommodate my needs, because a tub doesn’t come in those type rooms. Well, I should’ve been made aware of that well in advance so I could’ve made arrangements elsewhere being that I have small children. So I was stuck having to stand and shower them for the whole duration of our stay which was an inconvenience. The next day, I went to use the bathroom sink to wash my face and brush my teeth and the sink was clogged, we called housekeeping and no one came to fix the issue, I then called again and maintenance came up and took out this big hair ball that was clogging the drain. That night l, I went in to shower and notice they were hairs in the showers and hairs wrapped under the bath mat as I was using the shower mat to shower..Gross! Those mats should be thrown away after each guess.. so I had to use a towel to stand on in the shower while showering. We went up for breakfast and it’s the same as any hotel, eggs, sausage links, nothing no different, but the way they advertised is as if you’re getting real eggs and an upscale breakfast, NOT! The breakfast menu never changed. The sink was clogged again the following morning.

The hotel has a good location in Jersey City's Paulus Hook. It is very easy to walk to both the PATH train to World Trade Center and ferry to most of the pier in Manhattan. The laundry room is huge. The root top restaurant for breakfast is huge too. It has the view of downtown Manhattan and it is open for the resident to visit at night. It is the best choice for families.

Over all Nice. Not too great not worth the amount i paid for the stay.

Love the breakfast here and location is tops. Facilities are clean and quiet.

Clean room. Great for families. Close to PATH for transportation,which allows you to get to NYC and switch to several Subway lines.

The dinning place located at the top level of the building really gave good sight of lower Manhattan.
