It was great

Un hotel justo para el precio quizá más que nada para cuestiones de trabajo, el minisplit gotea y esta justo a la entrada del baño, no lo reporte porque se ve que ya lo saben pues el piso en esa zona tiene características que lleva tiempo mojandose

The vets were super tiny we barely even though it was supposed to be a queen the room is so small. The location is good but other than that, the rooms are tiny latch to secure. The door closed didn’t work and we let them know and we said that we were gonna fix it but they never fix it.

it's an Ibis, so it delivers exactly what you expect, a low frills, but efficient standard and this property is no different.

The hallway floor smell like drain.

Clean room No cleaning for the two nights stay was done I had ro ask for toilet paper and towels twice and would take forever to being upstairs Breadfast you get charged $250 pesos rather go eat sometime outside cheaper. Lots homeless outside

Very good

Break fast was amazing, staff was super helpful. The location was really close to beautiful places, but the surroundings did not appear to safe (still nothing happened to us).

It is nicely located, a block away from alameda, and short walk to Bellas Artes, a lot of nice restaurants around the area. Also very close to reforma, easy to take tansport, either bus or metro.

The room smelled like chemical air freshener- and the windows do not open. The bathroom was mouldy. The front desk staff were mostly indifferent/unfriendly. The breakfast buffet seemed only to serve cold food no matter what time we went- cold eggs, nothing was labelled, so for people with dietary restrictions- good luck. The hotel needs a renovation and the staff need customer service training. We would return to Mexico City, but we would never return to the ibis hotel. It did not even have a kettle in the room, no water was provided, and you get one towel per person, per day- not even a hand towel. No amenities.. overall, very disappointed.
