Simple, calm and quiet place. It’s also a bit isolated..

C’est bien pour une personne seule.

Terrible experience. The room was tiny, smelled bad, and wasn’t clean. The sheets were in poor condition, the closet was dusty, and the room was almost empty with no microwave or useful amenities. Mosquitoes kept biting us all night, so we couldn’t sleep properly. The hotel is also far from everything. I regret staying here and would not recommend it.

It's a bare bones room in a crumbling old building. Beds, a tiny bathroom with incredibly loud toilet (like a plane taking off), small table and chairs, a bar of soap and a couple towels. The advertised "pool" is just the on-campus pool, which was not available the three times we tried to swim. The ice machine also didn't work while we were there. No AC in the room, it was stifling, and there were holes in the window screens so if we opened them we risked filling the room with bugs. The holes in one screen were small enough I could plug them with toilet paper. The other one was half ripped out. I suppose you could do worse for a cheap option but not much good to say about this place.

We did not expect much about this place from many reviews. Our ensuite room turned out to be quite ok. It was clean and quiet. Towels clean and table plus chairs useful. We had a good stay.

Clean room and decent size for a single. Bed was comfortable enough. Sink with soap and towel in the room was a nice touch. Facial tissue wasn’t provided. Walls are fairly thin, can hear next door neighbour talking on the phone. It’s a nice quiet area, but took a little more effort than I originally thought to get downtown, but for the price, it really was worth it. Probably the best option for having your own room in Quebec.

The room was clean and useful for what I needed: a bed to sleep in and a table and chair to put my laptop on.

Ok for a quick stay. It was very affordable but it needs to be updated.

Easy to get to, close parking, comfortable bed.

Excellent value for this basic and useful accommodation; I have stayed here several times.
