Great location, central to many spots and 100m away from a bus station for excursion pickups as well as airport transfers. Beware that there is no elevator in the adjacent building where we stayed on the 3 floor. Also there was some significant water damage on the wall that did not look good. The dish rack was broken. The main thing that would have made our stay better was to have blackout blinds throughout. There was 1, and the rest were blackout curtains which let in a ton of light bleed from the side and bottom.

Great location. In walking distance of nearly everything. Clean rooms. Parking can be a little challenging.

Address was confusing. The website gave one address to check-in at, but that’s not where the apartment was. We got lost and couldn’t find it initially, and it turned out Google Maps led us wrong at first. Once we checked in, it was great. Apartment was literally across the street from the hotel, so that was super easy and then getting into the building and our room was also super easy. Great location for shopping, dining, checking out the town.

PRIME location to everything! Parking is hard as is everywhere. Walk up (3rd story) a little difficult with lots of luggage but the apartment was clean and has a balcony with a view!

The apartment was at nice location however to find parking spot was challenging.
The apartment was dirty: there were stains on counter, floor and in bathroom.
Furniture appeared to be overused. All amenities were provided.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, functional apartment with a bar/bistro downstairs and a restaurant across the street.

These apartments are very family friendly and the location is supreme. The door opens on to Rainbow Road for some of the units and all are central to Reykjavik's main commercial area, the church, the harbor and shops.
