Clean and neat room with a comfortable bed and great shower.

This is my favourite place to stay in Launceston. Lovely rooms, sensational showers, friendly staff & great location. You do need to know it is on a hill & a steep walk, but for me that's part of the beauty of staying here.

Clean and spacious room. Very easy check in and parking.

The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. This Hotel has great views across the City and is only a short walk to the bars and restaurants (although the steep hill back is a challenge!) it’s only about ten mins drive to the Cataract Gorge, well worth a visit. The only negative is our room was right by the night door entrance and it’s quite loud, I think a top floor room would be better if you can carry your luggage up as there is no lift. Nevertheless it’s a beautiful Hotel and I would definitely recommend
