Beautiful hotel in the best part of the city. The staff - especially Mauro and Sofia - were incredibly helpful.

Booked a room in January 2026 for Stockholm Marathon at the end of May. Wanted to ensure a good room well located in town etc. When I check in, I specifically asked for a room with a window, or at least good AC. Can't really get an answer as to whether the room even has a window, but it was said that the AC would be good and "crispy". The room was a bunker with no windows at all. The so-called AC was a fan like those found in budget hotels. I understand that such a weekend can be fully booked, but I booked well in advance. And regardless, you don't charge premium prices for budget rooms. When I talk to reception and inform them that I didn't get any sleep either the night before the race or the night after the race, they only apologize. I expected more from Villa Dagmar. Otherwise, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. also facilities and location, near to everything, etc.

Excellent breakfast and spa area. There were times when no one was at the front desk and there was a concierge who wasn’t all that polite… other than that perfect.

Breakfast was wonderful - everything freshly made. Very good oatmeal porridge and execelent coffee. Beautiful sorroundings from spa area, bar/restaurant and rooms.
