The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Lunch at the restaurant was excellent and again the service was great.

Very comfortable, clean & cosy stay; enjoyed the privacy & suitable for special occasion celebrations. As it's close to nature, expect some ants, leaves drop onto pool, etc..Also within walking distance to lagoi bay beach

Staffs was good

This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. Then they came at 6pm and asked if we wanted it cleaned then. We had a candlelight dinner arranged for 8pm, it did not show up. We finally called the front desk and they said it would be there in 5 minutes, 35 minutes later it showed up. The food was great and they did give us 20% off for the mess up. This property could be so nice if they would just put a little work into it. Oh, and the beds are rock hard...like laying on the ground outside!

The villa was absolutely beautiful (besides some mould on the ceilings, frogs in the swimming pool area that can enter the bathroom and were found in the bathtub every night and monkeys rummaging through our leftovers). It’s walking distance to the beach but we did not swim there due to the strong current and bad weather. But other than that, there is nothing much to do at Plaza Lagoi - it’s dead there with not many shops or food options. Dinner options are limited around the area especially after 7pm. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Kamuela Villas! My husband and I had a great time and all the staff were lovely. Thanks again!

The area is tranquil and close to the beach and Plaza Lagoi mall. The mall is however largely empty with limited dining, shopping and entertainment offerings. The villa is aged and lacked maintenance. Light sleepers should avoid this property as creaking pipes and lizards call are amplified at night. While the villa offers smart TV, you need your own login for Netflix or Disney plus to enjoy this. Mosquitos are an issue and we got bitten multiple times. The villa doesn't offer buffet breakfast thus for travellers who prefer buffet, they should consider other options. Beware of Monkeys entering to grab an unattended snack.

The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. The pool at the Signature villa is nice and big. There are also 2 bathrooms with 2 separate bathtubs and showers for our 2 bedroom villa. The cleanliness level could be improved, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay.

Amazing location, with a great tropical feel. Love the design of the accommodation. And very accommodating staff, who organised activities and transport. Slightly showing age in place, but amazing value

I best place to stay and relax for the holiday, hope we can meet again and the staff at there are very friendly and good service
