Stayed three nights. Overall was adequate, with clean premises. Check in via robot was frustrating due to confusion regarding names of people staying in my party. Rooms are very small, which was to be expected but still a consideration. Breakfast downstairs was a nice way to start the day.

This is a very good - to excellent choice for a budget friendly, clean , quiet and centrally located hotel for visitors to Tokyo. Once you "get used" to the idea that the front desk is manned by two robots (but help can be found easily a phone call away), the rooms are nice, comfortable, with many great amenities. The metro is 5-minutes away; many choices for fast food as well as good restaurants all within that 5-minuts radius. It takes a bit to navigate everything but it is most reasonable, and check-in and check-out went smoothly.

A gem in a nice neighborhood with reasonable costs; Comfortable rooms and great amenities. Many options - storage cabinets for large suitcases; packing assistance; good breakfasts.

The location is ideal, with many businesses within walking distance and subway/metro stations nearby. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you.

Unfortunately stayed here bc it was the only reasonable priced hotel during GW. So technically we still kind of overpaid for the room. Our room’s shower smelled like mildew the entire trip. They would clean it and it would smell okay and it would come back with a vengeance. I have a feeling they did not clean the drain or something. It was such a strong smell that it usually took over the living space as well if you didn’t close the bathroom door, which made the ventilation in there even worse. The windows don’t have screens so if you leave it open for fresh air, bugs may get in. They have a sign that says so to warn you but it feels like a design flaw overall if the room is so small with bad ventilation. The AC unit directly flows onto one of the twin beds if you’re staying in the rooms with two beds, so one person is just freezing the whole night- the blanket is thick enough to keep you warm from it as long as you don’t stick any part of your body out. It also feels like a missed opportunity that there’s no storage space for luggage underneath the beds. There was some room underneath the chairs but it’s not big enough for luggage. I’ve stayed in way better budget hotels. The LG styler was very handy and we enjoyed using it. It helped get odors from the day out. Obviously minimal staff there and they were all great. It was nice checking in without speaking to anyone. Other than the unpleasant smell it was a really standard stay. Hope you don’t get the room I did.

Great place and location. Clean and attentive staff

The 2 guys working breakfast are topnotch. Very friendly, helpful, and caring. The food is pretty good but they make the experience.

Very polite staff, clean facilities

15時のチェックイン、外人で混みすぎ。人を配置お願いします。

This hotel is perfect. You would think that being a budget hotel, it would come with drawbacks but it is absolutely perfect. We got the "Hollywood Twin" and it made us feel like we had a king bed. The bathroom was quite large by Tokyo standards, and my 6'3" husband never felt squished. The area is quiet enough to sleep easily but still has many dining options close by. Going back, I would skip buying the breakfast as there is a 711 right next door with lots of food options. However, the breakfast is a great option for those seeking a good western breakfast, as it was tasty.
