All round an excellent experience.

Everything was good. Staff were very helpful. Great location near train station. Easy walk to city and attractions.

I booked a quadruple room and got a double with two rollaway beds. After the first night no one cleaned our room. There wasn't even a minibar. It was cramped, old and not worthy of a 4 star hotel.

Only had a twin and we had booked a double, then was told breakfast was included, but was refused when we went in the morning. Room was good, location very handy for station.

Clean, affordable and great location. Hotel room was spacious and perfect for a night away. One of the beside table lamps didn't work and bathroom was a bit small but ideal for one. Would book again if I needed an affordable, clean place to stay with ideal city location. Also only 15 mins train from the airport.

If you need a hotel close to the Hbf - main train station- in Vienna, then this is very good choice. I had a very generous large room, it was quiet and was climatized. Breakfast buffet was a typical German style breakfast buffet. Only wish would be to offer the option to request early checkin or late checkout. They were not accommodating such a request at this hotel either. I don’t know why hotels leave this potential revenue opportunity on the table. Cleaning crews can’t clean every room at once anyways. And if you serve a major airport or major train station, then your market is international travelers. But alas, this is an industry problem, not specific to this hotel, but it certainly would have made my stay better on this occasion.

The hotel is located really close to the main train station, great location to take the syuway to downtown or the transports to the airport. Very nice lobby and large room. Confortable beds.
