Typical city hotel, clean and large room. Has coffee place and easy access for taxis and close to train. Great location in myeongdong. Basically a 10 minute walk to anything in area. It has a gym. The staff was very friendly. You can chose either walk in shower or tub shower. Our walk in could use a good cleaning as there was a little mildew but very spacious. You stay there for the location. :)

Great location, but definitely not a 4-star experience. The only real plus side of this hotel is its excellent location, which is very close to the Myeongdong Night Market. However, the service fell short for a 4-star hotel. The room was clean but quite small. Upon arrival, we had to carry all of our heavy luggage from the ground floor up to the lobby upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to assist us. Slippers were not replaced daily unless we explicitly asked. There was no iron in the room; instead, we had to use a shared laundry room, which was highly inconvenient. There was also no luggage scale in the room like in other hotels, so we had to go down to the lobby just to weigh our bags. Lastly, the breakfast buffet lacked variety—the food options remained mostly the same every day, making it quite repetitive and tiring if you stay for multiple nights.

Room is slightly smaller than expected. Other than that, the hotel is not bad. V

We stayed 6 nights and it was a great stay. Staff were kind and helpful.

We booked this hotel for its convenience to many popular tourist sights in Seoul. Unlike our previous hotel south of the Han River we rarely needed to use public transportation. All the palaces, Myeongdong, Insadong, Gwangju Market, Dongdaemun and more can all be reached by walking. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I usually book an American branded hotel due to having a rewards program with all of them but we'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in Seoul.

Amazing location! Friendly staff. Kind and easy to communicate with. Easy to store luggage before check in. Clean and comfortable room.

It was a very nice hotel, standard American size room with king size bed. The location was excellent, the airport bus was 5 mins walk.
