Room was quiet. Bathroom was basic and needs more storage space. Air conditioning brilliant. Staff very helpful. Breakfast busy. Dinner was delicious at Caxton Grill.

The rooms were super clean. Gym was small, but was adequate. All of the staff from the front door to the restaurant were amazing and friendly.

We enjoyed the location, the rooms were a good size and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Everything about this property is top notch! From before the email before I arrived, assisted with a car service, recommendations for restaurants and everyone was amazingly friendly! Will be coming back and have already raved about my stay to all my friends!!

Staff was so helpful. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Beds comfortable. Had two bathrooms in the family room. Five of us stayed in the room comfortably. Location perfect for visiting sites in Westminster by foot and others by train.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel. Its location is hard to beat, making it easy to get around London and explore the city. Since we were traveling as a family of five with three kids, we booked the Junior Suites, which worked well for us. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is not a grand, sprawling luxury property. Instead, it’s a smaller, more intimate hotel with a warm atmosphere. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The amenities were exactly what we needed for a comfortable family stay. The only minor downside was that the floors in our rooms were a bit squeaky. Also, the immediate neighborhood becomes very quiet after about 9 p.m., so if you’re looking for a lively nightlife scene right outside the hotel, this may not be the best area. On the other hand, it makes for a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, St. Ermin’s provided everything we were looking for: a fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and great food. We would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at St ERMINS! The beds were comfortable, the property was beautiful, and the location was perfect! We stayed in a family suite with courtyard view. There were 2 bathrooms, which was a surprise, as I never saw it mentioned in other reviews. The beds were true Queen size and we thought there was plenty of room and wardrobe space. We had 2 adults and 2 adult-teen kids. We will definitely stay again. Before our arrival the concierge reached out and offered to schedule a car service to pick us up from the airport. We used the service and it was very convenient.

Outstanding! This place is perfectly located to all major places, restaurants, West End etc. we walked everywhere! It’s a beautiful hotel w/an excellent breakfast. The staff was wonderful, amenities great. We loved it and so easy w/a baby as well.

Beautiful hotel located near great attractions, restaurants…just amazing location and property! Very expensive but worth it. The welcome bellman Zin was amazing throughout our entire stay and made the trip very special for my daughter that was celebrating her birthday! Front desk staff not as friendly but still helpful. The hotel also has a nightly champagne reception with free drinks and food. This made the start of our European vacation a dream! We will definitely be back!
