Overall had a pleasant stay. While the food in the restaurant was good, we were underwhelmed by the service.

Dirtier than expected. The front desk staff were not very friendly. The valet staff was very nice.

Room was clean. Staff was nice and easy check in/out process.

Nice hotel, old, neat building. No pool which was my oversight for child purposes. Not a bad walk to Comerica… we enjoyed our stay! Breakfast onsite is pricey but decent. Would visit this hotel again.

Service was mostly good except for 1 front desk agent. Room was clean but lobby and other areas were not.

staff was accommodating and the room was nice.

We had a pleasant stay and the location was a convenient walk to Tigers' stadium.

A

Pretty standard hotel, the suite was very big and clean, had a microwave and fridge, bed was comfy, basic bathroom, also very big, if a bit dated. Price was a bit higher than I think this spot was worth but it was overall fine and no big complaints. When I arrived their systems were down but they'd carefully printed all guests information and seemed to be handling the situation alright but they had lots of staff on duty even at 9/10pm. The parking was $50/ day for just an open air lot. I could have risked to park on the street right next to the lot for less, but I was reassuring that there were surveillance on the paid lot...

A/C didn’t work in one room and toilet ran all night.
