Spacious room size and location, however overall, our stay was disappointing due to the unwelcoming and unaccommodating service. We checked in late and requested an extra blanket or sheet but were told there were no spares in the hotel. Instead, we were offered to have an additional sofa bed prepared with sheets and a blanket for a fee. After settling in, we found the floor beside the bed was dirty and sticky, with noodles left behind. As we were exhausted, we reported it to housekeeping the next morning, which they acknowledged. When we returned later, it still hadn't been cleaned. The front desk claimed we hadn't reported it before the housekeeping cutoff and insisted we should have told them the previous night. We were then told to use the door sign if we wanted housekeeping, but also that staff could enter even if we were sleeping or still inside the room. When we asked for clarification because of the privacy concern, we were told the policies were all in the QR code, accused of "harassment" for our questions, and warned that police could be called. While the floor was eventually cleaned, the way our legitimate concerns about cleanliness and contradictory privacy policies were handled was disappointing. Relying on a QR code instead of clear communication and dismissing guests' concerns is poor customer service. This was not a language barrier, as staff spoke English. We left feeling silenced, threatened, dismissed, and unwelcome.

Older hotel. Decent location. Room was dark and old.

Good things about this property: the location is great (shops and restaurants nearby), the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. The only negative review I have is that the room was very small, so it was very tight to move around, and the bathroom was also very small.

The location is great, very close to the train station, shops and restaurants. The hotel feel a little older, but well maintained. Our room had a lot of space, more than most we rented in this price range.

There were serious problems with our hotel room. First, the sound proofing is very limited, which is a problem because of how loud it is outside in the evening and night. Second, there wasn't even proper for the entire window area, such that the neon lights outside would come in and make it very hard to sleep. This was one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, so I wouldn't want to see their more basic rooms. The outside area of Tokyo is a sketchy one, with dirty streets and uncouth activities.

The hallway and elevator looked old and creepy. The room was spacious, bed was soft, outdoor onsen was okay-the faucet looked like it was going to break off any minute. Privacy was questionable since there was a window on the building to the side which makes you visible. Decor was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located close to many train/subway stations. Staff is great and friendly. Rooms are on the smaller size but adequate. Rooms are clean, beds are on the hard side. Depending on your room/floor you might not get any view. If you can get a rate of $100 or lower a night I think it is worth it.

Clean, convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced

Everything was great in Centurion

I stay here because there's a grocery store downstairs and a family mart. Also restaurants are all within walking distance.
