Great location as it is conveniently located 15 min from incheon airport. I heard about Paradise City from various social media platforms and how travelers will often visit Paradise City in btwn layovers just to lounge at their pool, spa or sauna. There’s a price obviously but it’s honestly worth it. Shuttle service is provided to and from airport which is great. The rooms are super spacious and modern. We ate at the Imperial Treasure for dinner. It was expensive but given it’s a Michelin starred restaurant the food was delicious. Highly recommend Paradise City if you’re passing thru and have a few hours to kill or to stay the night and experience all that the resort has to offer.

The room size is excellent. The food was great. The people were kind. Perfect for a flight the next day no rush swimming pool.

Clean property, love the finishes in the room and space, staffs were friendly, lots of food option, outdoor pool was great, couldn’t hear the airplanes in the room.

Very clean and staff friendly

Breakfast although not included but was excellent

This is an outstanding hotel, more than just a place to stay, amazing amenities

Overall the property was clean and staff were friendly. Room was again clean but there lots is ware on furnishings as well as a major dent on the door that was somewhat questionable. Although this property is rated a 5 star but I think that’s but optimistic.

A true five-star hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the Dinner buffet was excellent with fresh and delicious food.

The resort / hotel was absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness and lavishness. Staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Although our experience was fantastic, we can’t say it was perfect. Our Pros and Cons. There are TONS to do at this resort but each of the pros had cons. - Firstly there is a free shuttle from the airport that goes directly to the hotel just outside Gate #3 on the floor where you exit that starts operating from 5:10 am. One small con to this was at the bus stop where we were dropped off at the hotel, there was no cart service so we had to send a family member to the front desk to request a cart service. - Lavish, clean, full of Art pieces to look at while you wonder around the resort. One of the best hotels we’ve been to by far but the size of the hotel adds a lot of walking time and searching time if you want to get to places at the resort. - The Wonder Box amusement park is SMALL. Great for kids under the age of 7 but definitely not worth it if you are travelling with kids above age 9. - All the pools and CIMER sauna jjimjilbang amenities are AMAZING! However… CIMER’s age restriction was 8, so our kids (5 and 4) were not allowed in. The indoor and outdoor pools however were accessible for all ages. - BIGGEST DOWNSIDE of this resort was they don't allow you to use the amenities until you check in which is 2-3pm. So when we arrived after our flight landed at 6am in the morning there was NOTHING to do. Time your stay accordingly.

Amazing resort, super luxurious at an amazing price! Ivy was so great during check in and we got upgraded!! A nice way to relax on your last day before flying home!!
