Wasn’t able to access the room at checkin time (3pm) as room was not ready. Had even requested an early check in as we had a wedding to go to. Small rooms and very unhelpful staff. Has a feel that the people running it don’t know how to run a hotel

Great location, fantastic staff, overall very nice stay.

The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. The room did not cool down even when requested at the front desk!

Lovely friendly staff. Stayed in club twin room. Bathroom was small Toilet initially didnt stop running but managed to sort it ourselves. No complimentary fruit as advertised. Breakfast was nice and varied but room was v hot.

Checking in was a nightmare, as the staff could not find me on their records. They even asked for my wife's proof of ID to check if the booking was in her name (which it wasn't). This caused a lot of confusion. The room was basic, even though it was booked as a double deluxe room, and there was very little room between the end of the bed, and the TV mounted on the wall. The room was also in a poor state of repair with damage to the windowsill and a threadbare carpet. The bathroom was tiny with very little room for manoeuvre. On departure the member of staff on duty was very dismissive of us, as if she couldn't care less about us. The only good things about the hotel were it's location, and the breakfast which was good quality food, served by helpful friendly staff. When we enquired about the bar, we were told it was closed, but it was only 9pm.

We stayed at Park Grand Paddington Court and unfortunately did not have an enjoyable experience. The room accommodations were subpar, and communication from the hotel was extremely disappointing. Prior to our stay, I made several attempts to upgrade our room, including speaking directly with a member of the front desk staff and sending an email that went unanswered. Upon arrival, I was told there was no record of any of my requests. The first night was particularly uncomfortable, as my 12-year-old daughter and I were expected to share a "twin" bed that was closer in size to a cot. We were able to upgrade the room after the first night, which improved the situation somewhat, but it did not make up for the poor start to our stay. The hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely small, with very little storage space for clothing and personal items. Breakfast was available for an additional fee, but after trying it once, we chose not to return. One of the amenities advertised online was a bar area, complete with photos. However, throughout our stay it was never staffed, and the shelves were completely empty. This was disappointing and misleading. The staff were generally unfriendly, and nearly every time I visited the front desk there appeared to be another guest dealing with a problem or complaint. Additionally, there are numerous stairs to navigate before even reaching the lifts, which may be difficult for guests with mobility co

Good location, clean room. Practical rather than inspiring.

Upon check-in, I was incorrectly assigned a standard room rather than the deluxe room I had booked. My second room — a deluxe — had a faulty air conditioning unit that appeared long overdue for servicing. My third room had working air conditioning, but the compressors were positioned directly outside the window, making sleep impossible due to the constant noise throughout the night. The rooms were also noticeably smaller than depicted in the hotel’s website photos, which I found misleading. I dialled 0 to call reception but no one ever answered the phone. The toiled had public hair on it, which left me questioning if the bathroom had been sanitised. I noticed a lot of guests with similar issues during my stay. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing stay and I will not be returning, nor recommending this hotel to colleagues.

I was in room 314 and there was no air-conditioning. Nobody seemed to be able to figure out what to do about it. The maintenance man was helpful and gave me a big fan, which saved me. The other rooms were air-conditioned. The people seemed to like their room. I guess I was the unlucky one. I did get a free breakfast out of it though.

Nice staff… battling the hottest day of the year, deserve credit 👏 However the room Aircon was NOT up to scratch (antiquated) which made it probably the most uncomfortable, and least enjoyable stay of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were kind enough to provide an industrial style fan, but by that time the room heat was intolerable and was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. I would assume that an average summer heat wouldn’t be such an issue
