Habitación aseada, el piso de la habitación en mal estado ya que sonaba todo el piso y la cama adicional solicitada también en mal estado. Sin aire acondicionado ni TV. No estaba acorde el valor pagado tan alto con la habitación

Very unique and eclectic decor covers all walls of the property. The garden wasn’t big enough to sit or stand in. We booked a room for 3 adults and there was barely enough space for 2 people. No air conditioning so window needed to stay open but it opened to a fire escape landing. So not very secure to leave open. A small table fan was provided. It is very well located.

I'll start with the good stuff-- the staff was pleasant, the owner was super friendly, helpful and a joy to interact with. The decor was over-the-top Persian, antique-like and whimsical. It was like being in your grandmother's home-- it was very kitschy but inviting. It truly made me smile. I thought the property was very much central to the city; great location just minutes from the train station and all of the major attractions, restaurants and shops. It was very affordable. The room was spacious enough for me and my friend-- and I appreciated having a private bathroom. I say this because it wasn't obvious that we would, in fact, have our own bathroom (moving to the not-so-good stuff)...this very much felt like a brothel or hostel. It was tethering on grimy...dark, dirty carpets, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, worn out linens. The room gave a smell of musky/dusty/old. Our TV did not provide any working channels. I didn't see any bugs with my eyes, but I kept anticipating it. The biggest disappointment was there is no air conditioning (it was a hot June day) so we were forced to sleep with the window open which faced the busiest street. This meant late night shouting (World Cup matches being watched at the restaurants along the street) and early morning VERY LOUD trucks cleaning the streets, picking up trash and delivering goods to nearby restaurants (I am talking about starting at 5:00AM). We had room 122. I did not sleep well. I also wouldn't stay here again...

To truly appreciate this hotel, you must embrace your inner whimsy. It is a veritable explosion of character. From the itty-bitty elevator to the riotous decorations on every possible surface, it exudes an inimitable style. If you can love a hotel that wears its heart on its sleeve, this place is for you.

Amazing experience all the way around... Location, food, staff, owner, and accommodations. Truly a unique and special place. Tight hallways for luggage, but we travel with too much stuff anyway. Definitely try the Moroccan Tea - best ever.

Well this was something different! Hotel Mozart is like being in Casablanca! You get the feel of Morocco with the colorful tiles, and the exotic settings throughout. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor (elevator!) which looked out over the street below. Nice welcome breeze in the afternoon. The bathroom was recently updated with a nice shower and plenty of hot water. The hotel is just a block from the main square of old town with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Altes Hotel mit viel Deko. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Einzelbett mit alter Matratze und auf einer 2ten Ebene 3 weitere Einzelbetten wie in einem Hostel. Das Bad war alt und alles sehr abgenutzt. Das Fenster war einfach verglast. Die Straße mit vielen Restaurants mit Aussenplätzen sehr laut bis weit nach Mitternacht. Ab 5:30 Uhr erschallte laute Musik, ich glaube aus der Lobby und dazu Motorengeräusche von draußen. Die Dame beim einfachen Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Ich komme trotzdem nicht wieder in dieses Haus.

Fine stay for one night. The reception staff were a bit bothered that I was coming :-( I asked for a Cappuccino and they gave me coffee with milk in it! And when I sat in the dining area in the morning the reception staff was watching video with sound and then started talking to his friend, on speaker. Very unprofessional. Be aware that the hotel rooms do not have AC, which is not great in 30+ weather, but I'm not complaining about that, it's an older hotel. Like I say, fine hotel, but the staff might need retraining.

Welcome was best I've ever had at a hotel. And hotel itself is beautiful
