Clean room

Overall, this hotel was good. The location was excellent and the room was set up well for our needs. There are a few things to note: 1) the entrance is not well marked or communicated. It is actually halfway inside a restaurant and the name of the place did not match the name of the place on our booking. 2) when we arrived late at night, there was a raging party in the square directly behind the building. The unit’s reviews say that it’s great for families. But, I have to say that our 10 year old couldn’t go to sleep until 1am, after the party itself was over and the crowd died down. It was a rager, which was “fun”, but it really screwed up our sleep schedule. We were concerned it would repeat the other 2x nights we stayed here, but luckily it was a 1x night event. 3) the shower water leaks into the bathroom and creates quite a mess. Overall, great stay though.

Clean room with a nice bathroom and small kitchen!

Fantastic location, kitchen very basic and curtains are old and grubby. Maid setvice every day, clean towels and sheets. Overall, very good with a little bit more care and attention would be top rated

Really spacious and comfortable. 2 min walk from Time Out Food Market. Has a lift and you can store luggage at a small cost. Shame there was not much room entertainment, limited TV channels, no Nerfliks

Very clean room, good location.

Right in the center of Bica and very convenient. The rooms looked smaller than expected. The check-in kiosk did not work for us, so we had to call the number provided. The person on the phone was rude, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to complete check-in and get the entrance code, which was difficult with kids after 10:00 PM. Other than that, everything was smooth. Customer care via WhatsApp was helpful in answering questions, and room service cleaned the room every day.
