Had a wonderful stay, loved the VIP Service to the restaurants, was able to book at MR Wongs late minute. Also received complimentary cocktails for our Anniversary.

Stunning hotel, stunning rooms, huge rooms, great staff, good breakfast. Faultless. If you’re worried about noise from the bars, don’t. You can’t hear them at all. The gym is underwhelming though. Would stay again.

Hotel was quiet and almost felt private. In a good way.

Front of house staff are the best I have experienced anywhere in Asia pacific. We arrived hours before check in but while we were out they text to advise that room was ready and we returned to discover they had also put our bags in the room for us. They greeted on every exit and return, even offering complimentary water bottles. After a housekeeping error they all apologised profusely, had the manager message me and provided complimentary breakfast. A company’s character is measured by their response to problems and they simply excelled. Room was excellent, very spacious and well stocked. Location was excellent, walking distance to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Pitt St Mall, Sydney Tower Eye and Barangaroo. Congratulations to your training manager for instilling a consistent and exceptionally high level of service across your entire team. Easily the best I have experienced. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

incredible, a bit loud on weekend nights

Wonderful location and huge room.

The Staff were amazing. Professional, polite and attentive. The property was clean and looked good. However, we had no hot water for showering. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear a pin drop from the other rooms. The outside noise was terrible from the lane. I would not rate this hotel 5 star, nor would i recommend anyone to stay there.

Stayed for a week at The Establishment Hotel Sydney, and the rooms and staff are wonderful! Plenty of shops, restaurants and all the tourist sites within easy walking distance.

Front desk staff was great very knowledgeable and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. It was loud, could hear the music from the bar in the room late into the night making it hard to sleep.

Clean room, good size, housekeeping did a great job, has a mini fridge, tub and nice separate shower and separate WC. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The only issue is that the room's floor was wooden with no carpet or rugs. As a result, you could hear the person(s) in the room above walking with high heels, and moving the chairs/table around, suitcases being pulled around, etc. Also there is a nightclub at the end of the same alley about 200 feet away, and we were there over a weekend from Thur. through Sun. Could sometimes hear the music and people's voices in the alley that also contained a very popular, crowded restaurant.
