Room was clean and a fantastic view! Staff was helpful at check-in and helped me with luggage. Pretty strict about their check-in policy. You have to order breakfast the night before, I wish we could have decided in the morning. Overall, a great experience!

A great place to stay. Very charming. Location was excellent - away from the tourist hordes but still very convenient. Room was small (to be expected on a boat) but workable. Shower was so tiny that I don't see how larger people (my husband and I are average size) could use it.

Lovely little hotel, great location to walk into the main town within 10 mins, rooms were
Clean, comfortable and cosy but maybe a little dark. Only complaint was breakfast could have had a much better selection no fruit, jams, marmalade for toast and only egg based hot dishes. Resturant was lovely with a nice selection of lunches and evening meals. Reception staff very helpful.

Location: excellent walkable distance and quiet at night
Staff: Renata is the best . She is very caring informational and helpful.
Although I did not try the food, the canteen staff are nice.
Only thing is pillow is bit high and hard.
