The hotel is a couple decades old and so items are showing their age. There was a chip in the enamel bathtub and a few other marking along the floor. That being said, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The man at the front desk was amazing and the gentleman who was the maintenance man was absolutely a pleasure. The the room was not what the pictures showed and the air conditioner did not work and then they moved me to another room and it also had very poor air. That was the only problem. When your pictures on the wed site show one thing and the room you get is totally something else. Thank you Kim

The carpets in the hallway were dirty needs a good shampoo. The room was ok. There was dents in the wall a damaged lampshade. No remote for the TV I had to go to the front desk to get one only to find out that I had to know the make of the tv. So I had to head back to the room to go to the front desk again. The air conditioner had a remote that's not working with the unit. The toilet had a ugly stain in it. The showerhead 🚿 is falling out the wall. The fridge had parts missing. My deposit at check in (cash)wasn't available at check out had to wait an half hour. I could go on .............

Good place to stay with family!

The stay was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only issue was that around 3:00 a.m., some people knocked on my door by mistake, which woke me up and disturbed my sleep. Other than that, my stay was fine.

A clean, quiet hotel with everything I needed. I didn’t find anything to dislike.

Room smells very bad, bathroom is full of black spots, breakfast is served in plastick plates (jam, butter and toast + pre made eggs.

It’s ok if going to stay a few days in Toronto
