I wish your hotel can use a different style of coffee maker or different brand for making coffee. The one in our room (129) very much useless. Everything else is wonderful. I will consider staying your hotel again for next visit. Thanks for your interest.

Overall, we loved our stay at the Pavilion Hotel. All staff members were really friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the mattresses on both beds were too small. The bed frames were queen size as advertised, but the mattresses were about 6" narrower each, which would be full-size, not queen-size, and a bit uncomfortable for two adults to sleep on each bed.

Lovely hotel, courtyard and location! Beds super comfortable! Only suggestion would be to add a few more breakfast options but what that had was good. Would def stay here again.

We had a fabulous time. Just don't leave anything behind. We left our car keys in the room. We called, and the first time they didn't find them. We called again, and the manager went up and found them. Now....we had to fill out a form that was for their sister hotel. WE got an email saying they received the form and would let us know when the item was found. We know the item has been found, and still no word on when we can expect our keys. It has been 5 days.

Great location! Walkable for all things in Catalina! Small room for a family of 4 but overall the hotel is great!

Enjoyed our stay. Close to everything, friendly staff, new rooms, great wine hour. Breakfast could have few more items. Loved it, will be back
