Service was great but parking is overrated!

There was no hot water on Friday or Saturday. Hot water came back on Sunday morning. Only one elevator was working and we waited over 30 minutes for it.

Toilet overflow(old American Standard), and Front desk claimed freebies which wasnt true

Delicious breakfast, responsive staff and clean room.

Nice property located in a convenient area in Houston. Staff was helpful and room was nice and clean

We had an excellent stay and were very happy with the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything was prepared nicely when we arrived. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and overall cleanliness. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and easy. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to other travelers!

Everything was perfect! Except the elevator, increidible that just work 1 for 24 floors. Thanks

Great staff and clean rooms.
