We traveled as a family of six and booked two rooms at the NH Collection San Sebastián. It was an absolutely excellent stay! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Ondarreta Beach (which, in my opinion, is the best beach in Donostia) and about 7 minutes from Mount Igueldo. The on-site restaurant is delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property for families!

Amazing breakfast buffet with a combination of local foods and other typical foods from many areas. Clean, beautiful rooms. Loved the location. Staff was very helpful, especially the visitors desk who made great recommendations and a reservation for us.

I really enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

No se falla con los NH, la calidad es consistente. Los cuartos siempre limpios, comodos, con todo lo necesario. Me quedaría nuevamente. Varias opciones de comida cerca.

Great experience

Quiet location. Good breakfast buffet. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Would recommend.

Amazing breakfast

Do not recommend the hotel for various reasons during the summer. The AC did not work; engineer came and spent 10 minutes and gave us a small fan to sleep at night for a room that we paid $300's. During check in ,they took my number but never texted / called me to tell us when room is ready and we waited from 1:30pm to 8pm. The room size was great , the bed was comfrotable but due to not having AC, we did not sleep well. The bathroom grouts are all coming out , it does not represent a good stay. Basics shoudl be fixed and mangement should be involved. They shoudl have offered us to move the room or comp the stay due to not have the essential for the stay which was comfortalbe air .

Nice hotel, decent breakfast, and pleasant staff, although not very attentive — for example, they don’t bring luggage to your room. Not really a four star hotel. Lobby is OK and elevators are tiny. Three stars is about right.

It was a nice and convenient location. We only stayed 2 nights. The AC was not as cold as expected. The service at the restaurant was good
