Incredible hotel and the breakfast was superb with so many delicious food options (also for vegetarians)!

Another great stay at this very welcoming hotel in the old centre of Malmö. Clean, comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. On this occasion my room was on the 3rd floor at the rear of the property, and there was some noise (music from a nightclub) until 2am during the Friday night, but this of course is not the hotel’s fault, and something over which they have little control. I will stay again when I return in November.

Location in the centre of Malmö. Fabulous breakfast. Short walk from the railway station.

Lovely hotel in a central location.

Great hotel in a great location. But beware...there's no parking available anywhere close to the hotel. Nearest is a 10 minute walk. Also, that garage will only take payment by app. I needed to download it. Despite using it, I got a parking ticket.

The room is clean, staff named Lennie is very helpful, he's patience and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions as it's our first time to Nordic countries. The breakfast is good and delicious. We'll recommends to our friends.

Check in staff was exceptional

Perfect stay at a perfect hotel. Staff were wonderful. I was so very impressed. Honestly, this place is a gem. Hotel is located perfectly, just 20 yards from Lila Torg. Malmo C is five mins walk. Check in was a dream. Chap on reception was excellent. He was the benchmark all other hotel chains should aspire to - he was really that good. The room on 4th floor (427) was amazing. Two perfect nights sleep. Breakfast loads of choice and the amazing staff working the breakfast shift were always happy, cheerful and doing everything they could to help. I do not say this lightly, but they were the best breakfast buffet team I have seen anywhere in the world. I wish all hotels were as brilliant as this one. Book this place with confidence, you will be delighted. I will be visiting Malmo again soon, and I will not hesitate to book this hotel. Thank you 😊

It was a great hotel with everything needed. A charming boutique European hotel. The restaurant Quan was excellent.

Super friendly staff and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in internationally!
