Room was nice, bed comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, but...the bathroom (room 310) needs some serious attention. Cracked shelf behind loo, crack in the ceiling, cracked sink and taps needed resurfacing. The shower was okay, but the water temperature was inconsistent, going really hot, to cold and back again.

Both Rafaela and Katherine were excellent! They made check in and check out a breeze. They were both friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely and provided a quiet, and safe respite from the hustle and bustle of London. It is located in an idyllic location and I would highly recommend this hotel to other foreign travelers such as myself.

The staff were great in helping. Breakfast was very good.
The only thing I did not like was the carpets on the hallway, it was hard to roll the luggage’s .

I booked this hotel in London not knowing anything about it or its location. Well, when we got there we could not believe what a sweet and charming hotel it was. There were 9 of us and we wanted the London experience and this hotel lived up to our expectations. It is a beautiful, clean, impeccably decorated and affordable boutique hotel. I cannot say enough about the staff and their helpfulness, especially the assistant manager Irina who went above and beyond my requests! There is no gym or a spa but who needs it when there is so much to see outside the hotel. Belgravia is a beautiful section of London and all transportation is located nearby. Thank you Tophams for such a wonderful visit to London!!

This was our second stay at this Hotel, so that says a lot. Excellent location— a lovely area, away from the bustle yet within a very short walk to Victoria station transport and Buckingham Palace. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and kept. Terrific breakfast at a reasonable cost.
