Beautiful hotel, lovely room, exceptional staff. A five star experience. We had an unexpected event occur and the management was wonderful in their response. 100% recommend.

Our third floor corner room was quite spacious, with a desk and several comfortable chairs. Lots of windows and light created a cheerful ambiance, and effective blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping. We enjoyed massages at the spa, and I pampered myself with a bubble bath in the morning. Nespresso and nice teas in the room. I would go back.

The staff was extremely helpful - everyone at the front desk - 5 stars. The restaurant was phenomenal - one of the best meals we had in Victoria. Location was perfect for walking almost everywhere we wanted to go. Can’t wait to book another trip.

The available breakfast was convenient and delicious.

Everything was great. From the minute we dropped out car to the time we left. Staff was exceptionally nice. Special gift for our anniversary too.
