I travel around the world and have occasionally stayed in Ramada, I always enjoy my stay and usually really like the service and the hotel. It’s clean it always provides good products when needed. It’s always clean and comfortable. This hotel however was horrible. It did not feel 4 star. Staff felt unfriendly and I felt very awkward in this hotel. First day we arrived room felt dirty, had a smell. Towels had stains. Toilet looked dirty. We asked for our room to be cleaned the next morning. It wasn’t done properly. We came back at night and asked the man for some tea and hot milk and he said we can take some from the area next to the front reception which was kind of him. The next morning I went to take a cup of milk for my tea and was given very strange looks and was told I have to pay. I was not aware, I apologies and put it back. As I was walking away the man in the shop was loudly laughing an telling people that I was taking the milk and tea bags. This is hugely unprofessional and very rude. Especially that it was a simple mistake and I put it back. We then asked the reception specially to have our room cleaned we came back to a very dirty not cleaned room again. I asked for towels soaps and they said well it’s too late now and there are no housekeeping available. It was not a good hotel or stay. I wouldn’t reccomend. Location was very far out with nothing near by. Really dissapointed. I hope they can be more respectful and nicer to future guests.
