Much better than I thought. I specifically asked for a quiet room at the farther end and slept great in quiet. Staff friendly.

The room was very clean and convenient to our function. Only problem was that there were no luggage carts at the tower entrances. You had to go to the main entrance for one.

It was good

We has a best stay in this hotel. Staff were nice and helpful especially when we ask for location when we go to disney world and SeaWorld Orlando. Our room was not that huge but its comfy but the bathroom was huge and lots of stuff that we need. What i like the most is the breakfast it very good and lots of options and there’s a laundry mat in the hotel. And the excellent part is that the housekeeping are attentive on cleaning the room everyday which is very nice of them. Also the hotel is near to disney world and easy access to everything especially restaurants. Their cafe bar inside the hotel was good too especially their pizza its a must try. Overall, our stay was so good we will definitely coming back next time.

I didn’t like that the ice machines on the second third fourth and fifth floor were all broke, but a sign on each one told me to go to another one that was broke. Didn’t like that my TV had to be recalibrated for channels because they were all missing. I also requested a microwave to be placed in my room before arrival in arrived after the first day and last, but not least my second day there my door key would not work went to front desk had new door keys issued they did not work was told that Maintenance would be coming because It probably is a low battery. Maintenance could not fix the door because the screws were stripped so they had to give me another room. They did not have another king bedroom so they offered me two queens 40 rooms from where I was. I travel a lot for my job. I will not be back. Overall, I feel like this building needs to have more money put into it to take care of the customers. It is Florida and for four ice machines to be down at the same time is ridiculous.
