Celebrated our anniversary here with my husband, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and our room was spacious, luxurious, and truly top tier.
What stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond before we even arrived. I loved that they had us fill out details about our stay ahead of time so we could add any special requests in advance. Every little detail felt thoughtful and intentional. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were with our early check in and late check out requests.
The complimentary champagne toast at Braidwood Tavern was such a lovely touch. We dined there twice during our stay, once for the buffet breakfast, which was delicious, and again later where I had one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had! We also made a late night dessert request, and the ice cream cookie sandwich was unreal.
The complimentary shuttle to the village and driving service was another detail we really appreciated and made everything feel so seamless. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool this visit, we walked by and it looked beautiful. We’re already planning to book a spa treatment next time.
We truly can’t wait to return and honestly won’t stay anywhere else now!
