Just home following my second trip to this hotel, the first virus with my husband an the second as a girls trip. The hotel is in a stunning setting within lovely lush gardens. We particularly liked the zen pool where we could read and chill. One of the main reasons we returned (I’ve never returned to a hotel ever) was the quality of the food which is first class, every meal has a wide selection and to a really high standard. The block our room was in this time was a little more tired than our first visit and there were a few niggles, mostly minor points - gym doesn’t open top 9am in the middle of breakfast service so no workout before breakfast, no signage at zen pool meant it there was a lot more noise with adults all drinking in the pool (without lifeguard intervention) and there were structural improvements taking place which is great to see but difficult to relax in with drills going constantly… and no signage / prior warning before booking that this was taking place. I would return again for a stay but would check out the above points first. It really is a fabulous hotel.

This resort is very convenience for visiting Marrakech even it is a little far from the tourist picking zone, we had a very five days stay at this resort. Every are smooth during out stay. Will comeback

L’emplacement est superbe, le personnel est souriant et toujours prêt à nous aider. Quant à la nourriture, elle est variée et délicieuse. La piscine réservé aux adultes est une très bonne idée. Nous rêvons d’y retourner. .

Very very good overall Excellent quality food and staff . Rooms are a bit dated but still good value. The only real negative is the hotel excursion desk that arrange for private taxis and private excursions . Bit of a rip off and poor quality taxis provided. I would urge the hotel owner /general manager to replace this third party company - it is not a good look for Iberostar- otherwise it was a fantastic stay .

Lovely hotel, friendly staff

Nice grounds, pools, and the buffet. Deserts & fruit options can be much better. The wines were HORRIBLE! Not the "all-inclusive" experience as other resorts. Room for improvement. All staff was nice but a lot of waitresses/waiters paid more attention to specific guest only. More of a relaxing hotel. Daily activities and music was almost non existent. The app contradicted what they displayed on the TVs as well. Shows at night were nice but is hidden and they don't place a sign. Didn't like the restaurant was 1 time only. The drink menu qr code didn't work. Inside our room we could hear everything from outside!

Perfect if you are French and like feral children. Pool music far too loud for relaxing. Hotel room very noisy as overlooked garden near outside area. Avoid!! Mawda on reception was the most unhelpful human ive ever met and was very dismissive of our enquiry to a lost item. All other staff ok but noticeably more accomadating to french guests. Hotel was very clean and food choices acceptable. Room was spacious but noisy. Shuttle bus into Marrakech was reliable but dropped off a long way away from The Medina, approx 40 minute walk.

Lovely all inclusive hotel. Large rooms Very clean Fabulous food with large variety. Activities but never pushed to do. Cheerful, willing, friendly staff (except the odd one ). Regular shuttle bus free for Marrakech (hotel is approximately 15 minutes by road to the centre.

Room was spotless and the amenities and food was excellent.
