We arrived to our room and the floors were extremely sticky and dirty.
Called housekeeping they did come up, sprayed a little stuff on the floors and clean them a bit. They really should’ve changed our room. Outside of our room in the hallway there has been some sort of accident in the hallway smelt terrible. They were running fans to help dry it out, but the smell still lingered.
In the middle of the night, our air conditioner quit working. It was 77° in the morning very uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this resort because of these issues.
