Amazing petit hotel, rooms are well-appointed. Just a charming Old Montreal experience. Breakfast was continental and high quality. Coffee drinks availble free for guests. Helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

While the location in Old Town Montreal was ideal, it was the staff and the uniqueness of this hotel that give it a 5-star rating. Quaint, genuinely friendly staff/service, location, quiet, great shower and beautiful old architecture woven into a modern design is why we would stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located in the old city of Montreal with restauants, shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you would need. Breakfast is included, with options for everyone. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, kind, gracious and friendly.

Chambre exceptionnelle et le service aussi , bon p’tit déjeuner ! Café gratuit !! Service de voiturier ! Très bien situé ! Seul petit bémol, la climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit !

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Not much in terms of recommendations, but that’s ok. Place was spotless and breakfast items, even the smoke salmon, were refilled promptly when we let them know things were missing. St. Viateur bagels at breakfast, nice touch and saved us a trip over there. Room was cool with bare stone/brick exterior wall inside. Shower awesome with all those spray nozzles. Would recommend dumping your car elsewhere unless you will be taking it out a lot- you will be in the very heart (and dense one) of Old Montreal’s tiny cobblestone streets. It’s pricey but overall worth it.
