The shower had black mold growing around the caulking. The bed felt damp nothing was plugged in. Lamps and fridge

It was great. Awesome customer service the hotel was awesome smelled amazing & the pillowsssssss !! I slept like a baby, will most def recommend & come back everytime

The rooms are clean but I have had too many bad experiences here and I still haven't been compensated for my troubles. The first room I had to stay in heat didn't work they gave me a heater. Second room same thing. Third room the light went out on one side of the room I only had bathroom light they gave me a extension cord for the fridge and microwave but I still had to stay in that dark room for three days... Still NO COMPENSATION! finally moved me to a good room but what about all that money I wasted on the other rooms. I hate it because I need to be close to my job

This is the absolute worse hotel I have ever stayed at . 2 nurses just trying to stay close to the hospital and be available for our patients in an ice storm . This place was gross . Advertised as smoke free - the entire third floor was solid pot smoke . I had an asthma attack 4 hours into being there and left .The elevator was broke - had to go up the 3 flights of stairs to room . Woke up to some crazy person banding on all the doors yelling “ Linda !!!” Trying to get into all of the rooms . She was pulling on all the door handles trying to get in. Having trouble getting a return phone call for a refund . “ Tina “ won’t return my phone call . This place looks nothing like the pictures online . Horrible Place .
