Positive: A gentleman made a pot of decaf coffee for me. I appreciated that. The bathroom was clean and the towels were fluffy. Negative: The television was too small to be seen from the bed. A settee and a desk chair were the only other seating options. The settee wasn’t positioned to view the TV which would be ok if the TV was large enough to be viewed from the desk or bed. The bed linens looked as if they needed to be replaced.

Our first time there. Looking forward to our next stay. Love that checkout is at noon. Appreciated not needing to rush in the morning.

Restaurant was excellent!

This was a gorgeous hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location was great and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room was large and exceptionally well maintained, and the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only downsides were outlets that didn’t always work and you could hear everyone walking/moving above you. For our group, it was easy to overlook those issues and we mostly attributed it to the fact that it’s a historic hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

Good hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Good location.

It's an older hotel which can be a good thing because I love old historic buildings but it can also be a bad thing because it's an old historic building. I did not have a refrigerator in my room so my leftovers were pretty much trashed. The shower is extremely small and so is the bed at night outside. It looks a little scary during the daytime. It looks okay. Everything's cool. Everything's open restaurants, tourism. All of that. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. I called her and told her that I will be coming in late because I was on a flight that was delayed. She was very helpful and assuring me that my room will be ready no matter how late I arrived. I wish the restaurant next door was open a little later. Overall everyone was nice. The hotel was okay but I just felt very congested in the room. Even the hallway is super slim. However, I was only there for a couple of days so it worked. Not sure if I ever go back though. I'm 4 ft 11 and that shower was too small for me.

This hotel is my #1 for Old City Charm! I absolutely loved everything about it! From the moment you walk in the front door and are greeted by Robert you know that you are somewhere special. They make a weary traveler feel at home and you are placed in an absolutely lovely room with everything you need. You feel safe and comfortable and if you need anything the staff is there to assist you. The restaurant and the bar are top notch and the food and service is excellent. I definitely will be staying at this hotel again and hope very much to see the friends I made while I was there!
