This is a truly awful hotel and the photos and listing are unacceptably inaccurate. The bedsheets at least appeared to be clean but the rest of the room was disgustingly dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years - thick dirt on the wooden panelling, layers of grime and soap scum on the shower screen. The safe was not working. The kitchen tap sprayed water everywhere. The fridge made excessively loud ratting noises at intervals throughout the night. I didn’t dare close the bathroom door as the handle was loose and I was afraid of getting locked in. The pool itself was quite nice but the furniture in the photos has been replaced hard wicker loungers The ‘fitness centre’ is a meeting room, complete with table and chairs, and an old exercise bike pushed into a corner. On the first day I went down to find the restaurant and kitchen abandoned and was told to come back at 9:30. At 9:30 there was still no one there and I bought breakfast elsewhere. The listing states it is a 17 minute walk from Seminyak Square but in reality is more than 40 minutes. I was shocked that a property with an average score above 8 could be this poor but on examining the reviews it appears that that most of the positive ones are from 2019 or earlier. If you only take the last few years into account it’s closer to 5, which still feels generous. I left 2 nights into a 7 night booking and have reported the listing to hotels.com as misleading.

Beautiful staff No hot water the entire 6 day stay Stove broken so my breakfast I paid for only once Holes in my room near my bed Aircon faulty Charged me $150 AUS for tattoo stain on sheet and pillowcase absolutely my fault but sheets were already stained so absolutely excessive. The staff truly beautiful the manager not so much

Far from eatery

The property is aged. The rooms require some maintenance. Peeling paint, water leak in bathroom from behind wall tiles, the shower doors require some attention. The cleaning staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Unless you advise reception you’ll be in for breakfast daily even if it’s included in your booking, they wont have ready, breakfast we were told was 7:30 to 9:30, but most days it was from 8-8:30am. Room service varies daily, but never available after 4pm. Upon check in you’ll have to pay 200K IDR as a security deposit, make sure you receive a receipt for this, otherwise it may disappear. All laundry services are external, we used Seminyak Laundry which pickup/drop off. There is no laundry services on site. Grab services can drop off to the hotel, just not allowed to pick up as local taxis operate in this region. We walked to the nearest Circle K to be picked up, 5 minute walk. Most days Grab rides were approx $3AUD into Legian/Kuta. The earlier the better to beat traffic. There are a few cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Good Soil Cafe and Eatery is a great spot the staff and food are amazing. The area is quiet and away from the bustle which is a bonus. Access to pool from ground floor rooms is wonderful, straight from deck into pool.

Don't stay here it's dirty and unhygienic, booked another hotel as soon as i could wasted my money. The bathroom looked like i had never been cleaned. Blood stains and holes in pillows cases. Mattress was so old that you could feel the innersprings, peeling paint etc Pictures on the website are misleading

Hotel was over booked and I had to be moved in the middle of the night

The room was dirty, the bed and floor lots of dust look like an old room, the staff wasnt helpfull they dont even help us with our stuff. The worse part is the toilet and towel. Lots of hair in the floor . I dont think they mop the floor.

the apartment is good, the pool is excellent but the stuff is poor, they don't know where to have breakfast, they don't know where there is a Spa, they don't know about a good restaurant, they don't know anything

Great place, reasonably priced, comfortable. Really great location for getting to the beach, or heading inland. Good central location

Kitchen was closed when I arrived at 10pm, no mini bar, supplied safe wasnt functional. Service was mixed.
