The staff doesn’t familiar with the Expedia program. You have to ask for benefit coming with your expedia booking. The parking is limited, when

Room wasn’t serviced everyday which was disappointing - apparently you have to ask at reception but often there was no-one on reception. Rooms and bathrooms were ok.

It was a nice place with wonderful staff.

Clean, quite, very friendly

Clean, modern, nice lounge area, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Great location. Clean room.

We really liked the hotel. Great overall, except for lack of A/C, and a very small bathroom, and very basic bathroom facilities. Bcs you don’t have an A/C, you have to keep the window open, but the street below is very busy, so the traffic noise wakes you up early. But great location and nice room.

I have been staying at this property on and off since October 2022x. Amazing and friendly staff. They try to always book my favorite room when available.

Great hotel. Nice staff. W had a junior suite with harbour view and that was amazing. Good breakfast.

We went on a vacation from the US to visit our family in Aalborg. The location was great and close to everything downtown Aalborg. The hotel staff were friendly, and accommodation were very clean. Drinks in the hotel bar were fantastic although not always open and especially not late. Hotel was quick to give us extra pillows, towels, and even microwave food or hold things in a guest fridge as they do not provide those in the rooms. Bathrooms were smaller than we thought they would be, but made it work! It was amazing to be able to rent some bikes from the hotel to ride around!
