Excellent resort

​We recently stayed at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen and loved every minute! Having visited many Mexican resorts, I can confidently say this is the best one yet—we were already planning our return before we even checked out. ​The service is top-tier. We felt pampered and special thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. A special shout-out to the 24/7 Nespresso shop team, especially Oriel, for the best coffee and treats. We also loved the thoughtful details, like poolside mangoes on a stick and local sweets around the resort. ​We celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday, and the staff ensured it was perfect. From surprise gifts in her room to an incredible birthday dinner at Cielo—thanks to our wonderful server, Fernando—the experience was flawless. A huge thank you to Angelo, the concierge, for making her day so memorable. ​The animation and kids’ club teams were the highlight of our trip. Our children were constantly engaged with fun, creative activities like face painting, crafts, and games. They loved it so much they begged to go! ​Thank you to everyone at the resort for your hard work. You truly created an unforgettable family experience!

The resort was great, it felt like I was able to be a hands off parent. Entertainment for the kids was awesome. The staff was also soooo amazing

We traveled for pleasure as a family of 3, 2 adults and an 11 y/o. The amenities are beautiful. The food was also good, breakfast and Italian restaurant 10/10. Close to the xcaret parks and we were able to move to Chichen Itza and Isla Mujeres. There is a lot to do for younger kids in the hotel. Ice cream bar open since the morning, something my 11y/o definitely enjoyed. Popsicles also available and were really good. Everything was clean and we didn’t get sick. We had the best time at Paradisus, definitely recommended.

Most of the restaurants are outside so bring a lot of shorts for guys and dresses for women. Was hot and humid but enjoyable. We vacation a lot and this place is so nice. The staff and family activities are really fun for the kids. Great drinks and ice cream.

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful, and the first thing I have to say is that Family Concierge is 100% worth it. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel truly special. One thing we really appreciated was that there were always enough pool chairs for everyone, which is something that can be a challenge at many all-inclusive resorts. Every day there were fun activities for the kids, and every evening the whole family could enjoy great entertainment and shows. The cenotes excursion was spectacular and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The food was delicious throughout the resort, especially at Cappella, which quickly became our favorite restaurant. A very special thank you to Emmanuel, who was truly an angel during our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, we received thoughtful gifts every single day, which made our experience even more memorable. Our son had the best vacation and enjoyed every minute of it. We also received special treatment because we booked through Expedia, which was a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend this resort for families traveling with children. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful adults-only getaway, the resort also offers an exclusive adults-only section, making it a great option for every type of traveler. We would definitely come back!

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The shows and amenities
