I definitely needed help with the check in process and a very welcoming and courteous man from Nepal was there to guide me through every step of my stay. The reception area was so clean and beautiful. The elevator was clean, the hallways were clean, and my room was immaculately clean. The only bed type left to reserve was a 2 twin bed room. The twin beds were much closer in size to USA full size beds. The sheets were very high quality and the beds were comfortable and came with 2 kinds of pillows. Slippers were provided right inside the door of the room. All of the toiletries I was hoping to have were present. The quality of the toiletries was so far above what I have ever encountered in a hotel or otherwise. The water pressure in the shower was delightful and the water temperature in the shower adjusted in a very wide spectrum from more than hot enough to delightfully cold. Most hotel showers don't have such a range of temperatures available. The in room coffee was so convenient to use and it was amazing in quality. Breakfast was an unbelievable experience. Every item available was the highest possible quality from the rice to the ice cream. The variety of breakfast items available was out of this world. Everything I tried was delicious. The breakfast buffet was kept clean and well stocked despite the amount of guest traffic that came through even at 5 in the morning. Checkout was a breeze. I could not possibly have been happier with this stay.

Since my flight from Haneda was early, this hotel was just perfect. It is located inside Terminal 2, where there are many shops around.

Very convenient if cat hing another flight from same terminal. Very Very basic. But clean.
