ดีมากเข้าพักพร้อมคนรัก
Nice small typical Italian hotel. People were great very helpful. Small bar, got a bottle of wine to end the night. I wanted a place near the water. Turns out, got told by a local, if you put your finger in it, it might not survive. Don't know never saw the water unless I was taking a taxi. Easy pick up on frontage street. Was only there 2 nights. Worked for us. Cobbstone walk to frontage road downhill. Coming up you can take stairs then cobblestone downhill to entrance.

The only issue with this hotel is the approach. Hard for larger vehicles to pickup and dropoff. Anything letter than a small car.
Alley and stairs to the hotel entrance from dropoff was slightly jarring. But in fairness , well lit at night. Once there we felt comfortable going to and from the hotel. And a very good place to see everything.
Great staff. Super helpful. Super kind.

What a lovely hotel, on an alley one street up from the river. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the room clean with a balcony and lovely view. Walkable to just about everything!

Really comfortable, clean, and lovely room. Great location. But the staff wasn’t helpful for a 4 star hotel and could use training. There is no ironing board in the room so I asked the front desk. She got it out of a closet and told me to bring it up to the room myself (it was a large/heavy/clunky ironing board). The iron itself was dirty and it looked like someone else had used it and burnt something onto it, so the residue immediately stained my clothes… when I went downstairs, the front desk immediately asked me to bring it down without offering to help and seemed in a rush to have it back. It wasn’t a good impression in terms of service.

The décor in the room was a bit funky, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. To get to the hotel, you had to walk down a sketchy set of stairs. We never felt unsafe, but there was broken glass and garbage on the stairs every day. It was a good location and walked easily to the Vatican and the Colleseum.
